The photograph of three seats representing
ego, self and self designment
symbolize the room/ auto-psychoanalysis
which “psychoanalytic work” takes place.

By combining all of the learned skills into a "self-designment" image that enables the patient to construct self, the analyst can take a seat in the room. The analyst can only limit their self-activity with this technical skill. This function forementioned is a subjectivity created for the sake of the patient. Therefore, two separate unconscious psychosexual positions that belongs to analyst and patient, thus lose their subjectivity. All the psychic work set up between the sexual positions of the room, takes on a fully auto-psychoanalytic character. The patient also continues the psychic work of the ego-self relationship with the analyst's self-designment image.

“The term "Pure Sexual Construction" was chosen as the name for the concept of sexuality based on image processing because it excludes the id/superego variables of the psyche equation, psyche/body distinction, the psychosexuality term takes into account the sociological position and cultural influences and the concept of time/space. Sexuality was redesigned with a different content with new concepts such as prosthesis, phallic image, maternal non-capacity, I-image and self-designment/analyst.”

“ Phallic image is not father’s phallus nor the mother’s breast. It's
the infant's capacity for father-child sexual interaction and is capable of being perceived as breast.
In this stage, we can see it through a breast."
